The website only asks for the rod measurement & doesn’t tell you if you need to ask for more fabric to gather. Having worked with designers before; I emailed support, called the designer hotline & left a message with my ordering information & phone number requesting enough fabric on my tension rod to gather. They NEVER responded back & sent my a curtain that stretches flat across. Also the seams on the sides & hem were HUGE & not visually attractive on sheer fabric. After contacting the support through email, “Josie” tells me I measured wrong, but she will give me a “discount” if I want to reorder? Totally unacceptable. I sent a photo of the curtain they sent me, It’s a JOKE. I received the curtain on Saturday October 28, 2023.
