I received only 2 of my expensive custom curtains correctly; the other 4 had the width and length mixed up. I verified my order multiple times, so it's clear there was a mistake. Now, I’m being told I need to pay half the cost to have them remade. Almost $400 per curtain? No thanks. I’m disappointed with these subpar curtains.
