My Curve account has been blocked since January 24th, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have received nothing but generic, automated apologies for over 5 weeks.
It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to withhold access to an account for such a long period without any specific explanation or timeline for resolution. I have been more than patient, but "high volume of requests" is no longer a valid excuse after 38 days of waiting.
