I placed an order with the company on November 2 but never received the package. They only responded to me in January, providing a screenshot of a USPS tracking number claiming it was delivered. I informed them that I never received it and offered to reorder if they issued a refund. They agreed to refund me if I canceled the dispute with my credit card company. After canceling the dispute, they then refused to process the refund. Now, I receive nightly emails from them insisting that I return the package I never received.
