Received the wrong item and inadequate compensation offered.

I ordered a product for $60 but was sent the incorrect item. They proposed a refund of $12, despite the individual item's price being $30 plus shipping. I declined this partial refund and asked to return the wrong item for the correct one. They refused and instead offered a full refund if I returned the product. I agreed, but then they changed their stance, stating this wasn't an option. They are unwilling to provide more than $12 to 'save my time.' Very poor customer service, as they are not addressing the mistake they made.

Poor experience with delivery and support

I placed an order with the company on November 2 but never received the package. They only responded to me in January, providing a screenshot of a USPS tracking number claiming it was delivered. I informed them that I never received it and offered to reorder if they issued a refund. They agreed to refund me if I canceled the dispute with my credit card company. After canceling the dispute, they then refused to process the refund. Now, I receive nightly emails from them insisting that I return the package I never received.

Disappointed with the service and return policy

I ordered some coloured tights, but the shade was too dark for my skin tone. When I requested a return, they refused and suggested I keep the item. I ended up losing $40 USD. Regret not checking reviews before buying.

Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews prior to my purchase. I received a skirt with a significant hole on the side. After paying $30, I contacted the support team for a refund. They initially offered me a $3 refund while allowing me to keep the defective item or I could pay over $20 in shipping to return it for a full refund. I insisted that since it was their faulty product, I should receive a full refund or free return shipping. They then offered a $14 refund, which I found unacceptable. Eventually, they proposed a $20 refund, claiming that was their final offer. This service feels like a scam and I strongly recommend reading reviews before making a purchase.

Extremely Frustrated with Customer Service

I would rate this experience as a zero if possible. I've been in constant communication with the support team for more than a month regarding my undelivered order and my refund request, which they refuse to process. Instead, they claim to have sent out a replacement order with a new tracking number—it's absurd! My original order was nearly $80, and the 'manager' is only offering a $10 discount! Caution to all potential buyers!

Terrible experience with delayed gifts

I ordered two items as Christmas gifts for my daughter, but I still haven't received them. The tracking indicates they have been stuck in a location for over a week. I requested a refund but was denied because they are still marked as out for delivery, 39 days late. It seems this is a scam, and I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I won't let this go! They should be reported to prevent further orders in the country, and yes, they originate from overseas!

I regret not looking up reviews on this site for this terrible company before switching brands! It’s clearly a scam. I’m relieved I only lost $30, but given my tight budget, that’s $30 less for essentials like food or gas! They exploit people from other countries! Companies like this tarnish the reputation of those who offer quality products! I’ll be returning to a different company that, despite being from the same region, genuinely stands by their offerings! Stay cautious out there!
