I ordered a product for $60 but was sent the incorrect item. They proposed a refund of $12, despite the individual item's price being $30 plus shipping. I declined this partial refund and asked to return the wrong item for the correct one. They refused and instead offered a full refund if I returned the product. I agreed, but then they changed their stance, stating this wasn't an option. They are unwilling to provide more than $12 to 'save my time.' Very poor customer service, as they are not addressing the mistake they made.
