These jeans are unattractive, poorly sized, and do not match the product description at all. I ordered two Tall sizes for myself at 5'7 and one Average for my 5'4 daughter, yet all were too short. The bootcut style resembles oversized bell bottoms, and the straight cut is also bell-shaped... I followed the return policy, but they do not adhere to their own rules. It turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with partial refunds, coupons for future purchases, and vague reassurances that the returned product would not pass inspection for a refund, and any compensation would not be provided due to the 14-day clause in their return policy. It seems the return process takes much longer than implied. This company is a problem and should be banned under any name in the USA.
