DO NOT USE! Terrible company. They sent out the wrong size-tall, I ordered petite. When trying to get the right product, they want me to keep the wrong product and they will give me a 30% discount to make my order again. I tried twice. This company is a scam.
These jeans are unattractive, poorly sized, and do not match the product description at all. I ordered two tall sizes for myself at 5'7 and one average size for my 5'4 daughter, and all of them were too short. The bootcut styles are excessively wide, and the straight cuts are also flared... I followed the company's return policy, but they do not adhere to their own guidelines. It turned into a frustrating exchange of partial refunds, coupons for future purchases, and ambiguous assurances that the returned items would not meet inspection for a refund, with no compensation offered due to the 14-day clause in their return policy. The return process took much longer than anticipated. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

It seems the return process takes much longer than implied. This company is a problem and should be banned under any name in the USA.
I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from this company. The complaints are all the same: no returns, suggesting to donate or give to a relative, and making it too much hassle for me to return the pants. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not what they claim to be, and I don’t even understand how they misled me during my purchase. How do they get away with this? (I did voice my frustrations along with my payment.)
I bought two pairs of jeans from the company, but they arrived too large. To initiate a refund, you must email the support team for a return address. After three emails, they are still arguing and trying to persuade me to keep the jeans, resell them, and take a 30% discount on my next purchase. All three of my responses clearly stated that I only wanted to return them. I don't want any more jeans, yet they refuse to accommodate me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They will likely just change their business name and continue scamming others. Buyer beware!
These are complete thieves… Buyer beware, do not purchase these jeans. They are not genuine; they are fakes. I paid $59 for a pair of counterfeit jeans you could find at any discount store for $10. They are three sizes too big, and I ordered the smallest size available. Trust me, they are fake. Despite what their website says about refunds, they don’t actually provide them; they offer you $8 and suggest you give the jeans away. I will be reporting them to various platforms... These criminals are everywhere. It's astonishing how they target consumers on social media, and when things go awry, they keep your money and tell you to give away the product. This person is a complete fraud.
I wish I had looked for reviews before buying three pairs of jeans. As noted by others, they are not genuine and not from an American boutique. I am currently using a payment service to initiate a return, but they want me to cover the shipping costs. I shouldn’t even have to return them for committing fraud! So tired of dealing with criminals!
I would rate them zero if I could. However, I will give them one star just to warn others against purchasing from this website. I ordered jeans expecting a specific brand and received a cheap knockoff with no branding and different sizing (XL instead of numerical). I am currently trying to secure a return for a refund, but I have little hope since they misrepresented their product online and have essentially committed fraud.
