I bought two pairs of jeans from the company, but they arrived too large. To initiate a refund, you must email the support team for a return address. After three emails, they are still arguing and trying to persuade me to keep the jeans, resell them, and take a 30% discount on my next purchase. All three of my responses clearly stated that I only wanted to return them. I don't want any more jeans, yet they refuse to accommodate me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
