Do not order from this company!!! Their website states they accept refunds within 14 days of receipt. When contacting them they asked for my reason of returning the items in which I stated they did not fit. This was their response “ Hello, we apologise for your unpleasant shopping experience. We shipped the product according to the size you ordered, the size discrepancy has nothing to do with the quality of the product itself. As the return process is complicated and the shipping cost is expensive, in order to reduce unnecessary waste of resources, I have a good solution. I suggest you leave it to the right friends and family around you or go to the nearest post office to modify it to keep it. We can request a refund of $10compensation for you and you do not need to return the item. I hope my answer helps you. Have a great day!”No where in their return policy does it state they will not accept the return due to size but only quality. The quality of that items is low hence why they did not fit properly. This is how they are making their money.
