The app and support are extremely disappointing! I would give it zero stars if I could! The app functions adequately until you attempt to withdraw a small amount, at which point it becomes problematic and you run out of time. An operative suggested opting out completely to retrieve my funds, only to find out that I missed the refundable date. It's outrageous coming from a major banking institution!
