SERVICE TO BE AVOIDED – REFUND ISSUES REPORTED. I ordered a custom splashback that arrived with incorrect dimensions. Both I and my kitchen installer faced repeated issues with the website while entering measurements. I placed a second order with the correct sizes. I clearly instructed the company to refund the first (incorrect) order and keep the second. Despite explaining this multiple times, they delayed by continually asking which order I was referring to, then ceased all communication. Weeks later, I still have not received a refund. I am financially impacted through no fault of my own. I have now contacted my card provider for a chargeback and reported the service to the authorities. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using this service.
