I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a custom bobblehead as a Christmas gift for my parents, and it arrived damaged and poorly made. The ponytail was detached on arrival, and the paint job looked unfinished and sloppy, nowhere near the quality shown in the reference photos or advertised online.
When I contacted customer service, they initially stated that a refund could be processed if the item was returned. After I agreed to return it, they repeatedly deflected toward a remake instead of honoring the refund, citing delays and trying to steer me away from returning it. Once I mentioned PayPal Buyer Protection, they reversed their position entirely and said I was no longer eligible for a refund.
They even suggested I repair the item myself with superglue, which I found completely unacceptable for a brand-new, premium-priced product. After refusing a refund or remake, they then tried to get me to purchase another item at 50% off, which felt like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than a genuine attempt to fix the problem.
Another important note: while the company markets itself as being U.S. based, my experience and communication strongly suggested that production and support are handled overseas, which was not clearly disclosed upfront and may explain the long delays and quality issues.
Overall, the product quality was poor, it arrived damaged, and customer service was frustrating and inconsistent. I would strongly caution others—especially anyone ordering a time sensitive gift, to think twice before purchasing.
