My experience with the service has been very disappointing. I placed my order on 5th December, and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking information from the 18th indicated it left the airport in China, but the delivery service has not received it yet. I reached out to customer support, but all I got was an automated response stating they would produce my item soon, even though it was supposedly already dispatched. They mentioned it should arrive by mid-January, but this was meant to be a special Christmas gift for my husband. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not use this service again.
