What can I say?
I am simply shocked at how a company can treat their customers.
I bought a customised bracelet which was sent while I awaited the day of delivery..
The day comes and unfortunately my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Let's be clear that I supplied them with the correct address.
I contacted them immediately and they responded within 2 days asking me to contact the delivery company for a reference number which I did.
That took almost a week as it seems no one has the decency to respond within the time frame they say they will.
I continued to message the delivery company asking for confirmation that my package wasn't delivered and I also showed proof that it wasn't delivered to me as the delivery picture shows letterboxes from a different property to mine.
They confirmed that fact after a week and a half.
I contacted customchic back and after several emails and 2 weeks.. I haven't received one word back from them.
I wouldn't waste your money there because if something goes wrong with delivery. Don't expect your money back.
Now I payed them and received nothing.
It's been a terrible experience with this company and I'll never purchase from them again.
I strongly advise against using this service. I attempted to make a change within the two-hour window and received a response saying not to cancel, as they would make the adjustment. This was in early December. I followed up daily but received no replies.
Finally, I canceled on December 18th and was assured a refund within 5 to 7 business days. I've been following up weekly since then, and as of January 14th, I am still waiting.
This is my second review. I had previously expressed frustration, but I must acknowledge the product's quality. The delivery times were quite disappointing, and it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, even though I ordered in early December. However, I believe the recipients will be pleased with the gifts. Overall, a good product, but the delivery could use improvement.
Terrible experience with the service. I ordered some holiday items in mid-December, believing the company was located in the U.K. based on the email address. I received numerous emails requesting reviews and promoting additional products, but there was no communication regarding my orders. After emailing twice, I finally received a generic response. They seemed surprised that so many people ordered holiday items in December! I'm unsure if I will ever receive my order, but they are now useless as gifts. I certainly won't be taking advantage of their offer for discounted goods as compensation!
My experience with the service has been very disappointing. I placed my order on 5th December, and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking information from the 18th indicated it left the airport in China, but the delivery service has not received it yet. I reached out to customer support, but all I got was an automated response stating they would produce my item soon, even though it was supposedly already dispatched. They mentioned it should arrive by mid-January, but this was meant to be a special Christmas gift for my husband. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not use this service again.
I just received what seems to be a generic automated message stating, 'your order is in production and will be with you by mid January,' along with some disappointing discounts for future purchases. As if I would ever order again! I want a refund. My order tracking indicates that my items are currently at a major airport, but who knows when they'll actually arrive? This is a complete mess of a company! I've contacted my bank to initiate a refund.
extremely disappointing, I ordered a gift two weeks prior to the holiday, and it stated a delivery time of 4-7 business days. It has still not been dispatched, and today is the holiday. The support team keeps sending me the same automated responses while I just want a refund. I would not recommend using this site.
I placed an order on the 5th of December, believing, based on the website's claim, that it would ship from London, U.K. However, the tracking later indicated it was coming from China. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known this, which is quite misleading. I thought I had 20 days for it to arrive. It reached GB on the 19th, but then left China on the 22nd. The tracking information is confusing and inaccurate. I received email confirmations stating that any orders made before the 15th would arrive by Christmas. Now, it's Christmas Eve, and there's still no package. I'm extremely frustrated as these were important gifts. I received another email yesterday, which, after reading other reviews, seems to be a generic response, indicating that my order is still in production and should arrive by mid-January. I've requested a refund and initiated a chargeback with my bank. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, they seem to delete comments from their social media posts, which raises suspicions.
I ordered a festive bauble featuring my sister’s recently departed cat as a Christmas gift on December 8th, and I was anxious about it not arriving in time. After seeing numerous negative reviews, I was relieved to get an ‘out for delivery’ notification this morning. However, the parcel just arrived and it has someone else’s pet on the bauble. This is incredibly frustrating. The customer support is lacking as well; I haven't received any responses to my messages, and the live chat didn’t work.
I placed an order for one item on December 8th and reached out to the company, which guaranteed I would receive my order by Christmas since it was made before the 15th. Now it's December 23rd, and the tracking hasn't changed since the 21st, when the parcel left on an international flight. I doubt it will arrive in time for Christmas. I've emailed twice over the weekend seeking an update but have received no response.
