What can I say?
I am simply shocked at how a company can treat their customers.
I bought a customised bracelet which was sent while I awaited the day of delivery..
The day comes and unfortunately my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Let's be clear that I supplied them with the correct address.
I contacted them immediately and they responded within 2 days asking me to contact the delivery company for a reference number which I did.
That took almost a week as it seems no one has the decency to respond within the time frame they say they will.
I continued to message the delivery company asking for confirmation that my package wasn't delivered and I also showed proof that it wasn't delivered to me as the delivery picture shows letterboxes from a different property to mine.
They confirmed that fact after a week and a half.
I contacted customchic back and after several emails and 2 weeks.. I haven't received one word back from them.
I wouldn't waste your money there because if something goes wrong with delivery. Don't expect your money back.
Now I payed them and received nothing.
It's been a terrible experience with this company and I'll never purchase from them again.
