Made a purchase in September and was charged $157.00 for 3 bracelets. I still haven't received them and they are using tariffs as an excuse not to ship. I have asked numerous times for my money to be refunded and I always get a canned response saying it will ship shortly. Do not trust this company.
I ordered two engraved necklaces to honor my late father. They never came! I went back and forth with the company several times over the course of an over a month. They said that tariffs were delaying their products, but would also say it was shipping out next day. They did that 3 times, yet never sent tracking info and nothing came. I asked for a refund twice and they said it was too far into the process for a refund and it would ship out in 72 hours. (Spoiler alert: it didn’t!) The whole time, they are sending emails marketing more jewelry. I don’t know how this company is in business. Do NOT buy from them.
Literally horrible. I ordered three weeks ago and it hasn’t even been shipped out yet. I’ve reached out multiple times and have gotten no response back. They also claimed to have free shipping for over $60 yet. They still charged me. I expect a refund of my order that I never got. And they buy reviews. It says they get overwhelmingly positive reviews but when you actually click on it, it’s just 1 stars.
