Very disappointed with the service I received. I returned my ring for resizing, but it was sent to the wrong location due to an outdated address on their website. My ring was lost for two months and only turned up three weeks before my wedding, still unaltered. I had to pay for return shipping myself, and the communication from the support team has been disappointing, taking over a month to respond to my inquiry. It feels like they don't care about assisting me in retrieving my ring sent to the incorrect address. This has been incredibly stressful.

Terrible experience with this company. They took my money and then sent an email confirming my order was received, but without any guarantee. It's unacceptable to take money without being able to provide a product. I've contacted the relevant authorities, and they are investigating this issue. They have taken $1500 from me and do not respond to emails, live chat, or phone calls.
Fantastic experience overall. After searching through various retail jewellery shops, I found that this service offered much more than others, especially compared to high-end jewellers that were out of my budget. A knowledgeable friend pointed me in the right direction. I scheduled an appointment and had an awesome experience with a representative who was very helpful and explained everything clearly.
