Custom Design Genius, created a small logo for only $45, a small logo that does not even work for me, or is in use. Now two months later, got a disturbing text message from a person acting as Mark Wilson, a paralegal for Custom Design Genius, trying to intimidate me with a 75,000.00 lawsuit, for a copyright and infringement violation, and asking me to take down the logo and to pay $1700 for a closure letter. I was confused and a little intimidated, thinking that I had maybe made some kind of mistake, but at the same time feeling a little apprehensive, about these messages and harassing phone calls. I only allowed him to collect $300 from my credit card, I then continued to tell this guy that I was going to make additional payment later on, at the same time, something inside me was telling me something was wrong. I proceeded to investigate this person and phone # 929-441-7642 and the name he was using as Mark Wilson and discovered that it was all a fraud and a scam. I then proceeded to cancel my credit card with my bank, asked to replace it, and disputed the charge, I then contacted the BBB and reported it, to my local police department fraud division, followed by the NY, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens police department, fraud division, do to the fact his area code is from those areas, and every other platform that displays and fights fraud.PS: In my bank statement, the charge shows as Design Web Logics. My bank is refunding the money...
