I’d rather give no stars at all. Same experience as most of the other one star reviews, I purchased the logo they designed, they told me I had rights and it’s mine to use, then started contacting me a couple months later saying exactly this text message:“You are requested to please immediately take down the logo the rights have expired and, if found, using this can be subject to legal consequences.If you're not using the logo you're required to get a closure letter to get your IP legally closed from the federal office records.If found using the logo , Below sections would be applied:Section 106: Exclusive Rights of Copyright HolderSection 107: Fair UseSection 501: Infringement of CopyrightSection 502: Remedies for Infringement: InjunctionsSection 503: Remedies for Infringement: Impounding and Disposition of Infringing ArticlesSection 504: Remedies for Infringement: Damages and ProfitsSection 512: Limitations on Liability Relating to Material OnlineSection 1201: Circumvention of Copyright Protection SystemsPlease note that these section numbers correspond to the United States Copyright Act.Mark WilsonIP ParalegalCustom Design GeniusI’m going to continue to ignore them, they aren’t getting more money out of me I don’t care if they send a lawsuit.
