Totally a scam. They will ask you to select a package that clearly states you have 100% Ownership Rights. After they finish designing your logo, they will call you, saying that you need to purchase a trademark with them (or you won't be able to use the logo without inflicting copyright laws), which wasn't previously mentioned.First, there are many places where you can obtain a trademark at a lower price. Second, it's not their business what I am doing with my logo; I just asked for them to design it.After that, they will text you saying to take down the logo, as the rights have expired, and if found, using it can be subject to legal consequences. Also, "if it's not renewed or closed, you'll get the cease-and-desist for the business name and the logo, and an infringement lawsuit, which starts from $75,000, will be initiated against you."
