Absolutely Pathetic. Our Fridge broke down and we ordered a new one from Costco because they were showing the earliest delivery times. Delivery was scheduled five days after it broke (January 5th). The truck came in but they wouldn't deliver because there wa snow on the ground. Then I went online and rescheduled it for Friday (the 9th). Then I am tracking their delivery on the 9th and they are showing January 16h delivery date!!! We are without a fridge for over a week already and the customer service rep is like we can't do anything about it the earliest you can get it is the 15th. Zero accountability, ridiculous service. DO NOT BUY
