I placed my order on 12/2, but there was absolutely no communication from the company until I contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charge. Eventually, I received an email regarding my purchase. However, when I attempted to track my order today, the website indicated that my email was incorrect and refused to track it. I had included all required information on the order form, including my phone number and email. I never received a receipt or confirmation of my order, which is quite troubling.
