I am really disappointed with the shipping delays! I placed two orders, one on 12/1, and only after contacting the support team (who were polite but not helpful) did I learn that the items wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. There was no mention of this on the website or shipping details, not even in the FAQ section. The shipping and production timelines seem inaccurate as well. The order from 12/1 should have shipped by now, yet it hasn’t. As a small business owner, I wanted to give gifts to close family members from another small business, and this has been very frustrating.
