We placed an order on December 7th based on the timelines provided on the website. After receiving an order confirmation, we didn't get any updates, so we followed up on December 20th, hoping to know if the item would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, we received a vague reply with no clear explanation. Unless you enjoy poor customer service, I recommend looking for alternatives.
