I tried to cancel my order less than an hour after placing it and was informed that they would look into it. After sending numerous emails over the next few days, I received a response a week later stating that someone had already begun working on my item and that a refund was not possible. The customer service was very unhelpful and did not adhere to their own policies. I cannot recommend this service and will be reporting them. Additionally, the shipping status indicated delivery, but I never received the product.
