The order took more than a month to arrive, and ultimately, I never received it as it got lost during shipping. While this isn't necessarily the company's fault, their customer service has been lacking. If you were to ask the company, they would likely assume I received the item, as it seems no one is genuinely concerned that I didn't get what I ordered.
