Abysmal Service, Months of Delay, and Hypocrisy
Quoted as a 2-day job on 16 September 2025, my solar installation wasn’t completed until 5 February 2026 — nearly five months later. Communication was shockingly poor; I constantly requested call backs for updates, which were ignored, and I had to personally inform the installer that the DNO had contacted them about information they had completely missed.
The company admitted the delays and poor communication were “extremely regrettable”, yet when I initially requested compensation for the months of lost solar generation and potential export income, they flatly refused and insisted their service was fine. Meanwhile, they happily charge customers late payment fees without hesitation — a blatant, unacceptable double standard. Offering a boiler service as “goodwill” was irrelevant and insulting.
This experience was completely frustrating, unprofessional, and mismanaged from start to finish. I am extremely unhappy with this company
