I had to block that site as they kept sending spam. Eventually, I found an email address hidden in the shipping email from the service. They claimed to have proof of delivery and instructed me to contact their shipping provider. A few hours later, they sent a photo of a different customer’s package, clearly labeled with another name. I disputed the charge on my card. The next day, the service sent a threatening email accusing me of fraud and warning of potential legal action if I didn't reverse the dispute. All this over $34.04 and their failure to verify details. After highlighting their error, they found the correct photo, which helped locate my package. Ultimately, I received my order and reversed the dispute, but the customer service experience was terrible. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
