Encountered significant issues while trying to order a single item, ultimately receiving two because the website wouldn’t let us remove the extra one. The package was mistakenly sent to a neighbor who was out of town. We followed the tracking instructions provided by the company and clicked on the link for missing packages, which redirected us to a dubious website that required our credit card information and a $5.00 fee for assistance. We had to block that site due to persistent spam. Eventually, we found a buried email address in the shipping confirmation. They claimed to have proof of delivery and instructed us to reach out to their shipping provider. Later, they sent us a photo of a different customer's package, clearly showing another name. We disputed the charge with our credit card. The next day, the company sent us a threatening email accusing us of fraud and stating they would take legal action if we didn’t reverse the dispute. All of this over a $34.04 transaction, highlighting their lack of thoroughness. After we pointed out their error, they eventually provided the correct photo, which helped us locate our package. We received our order at our neighbor's and reversed the dispute. Overall, the customer service was dreadful. We strongly advise against engaging with this company.
