This is my second charm by CustomMade. Both have been for topographical detailed gold charms of very small islands. As I was very happy with the previous work done in 2023, I came back again for this new one.The charm arrived on schedule - actually earlier than the estimated time. The work is beautiful. I had provided some pictures and map representations of the island, and from those CustomMade was able to replicate the island accurately, both in outline and in detail. Communication was outstanding. Every step of the way is detailed, with questions answered, constant sketches and pictures provided, and changes made when requested. I will definitely be back when I have another custom project. I recommend CustomMade based upon my two experiences. My wife is going to be surprised and happy when I present this charm to her while on our vacation. Thank you CustomMade.
