The experience was painless and easy from start to finish. Each team member was helpful, responsive and friendly, and made sure I was kept informed of progress throughout. They helped me turn my rough sketch idea into a reality and the finished piece turned out much better than I had previously envisioned. They were patient with my repeated revisions to the design and took these onboard without question.
