The website claimed delivery in 7-15 days. I ordered an overpriced hoodie for a Secret Santa event on December 6th, expecting it by the 26th. Now, on the 23rd, it's been 17 days, and I need it in 3 days. Customer service just sent me a tracking link without addressing my concerns. They mentioned it would arrive in 4-6 days, making it too late to be useful. No offer of compensation was made. I just want to know why it’s late and if they can expedite the delivery. It appears they are late on everyone’s orders, and they continue to accept new payments despite their inability to fulfill existing orders. Their handling of complaints is subpar, and they seem unwilling to change. A company should apologize, offer refunds or discounts, and provide explanations. It’s a fundamental aspect of customer service. This level of incompetence is laughable.
