Awful experience and arrogant customer service. They messed up the delivery of my Christmas gift and refused to accept responsibility until PayPal stepped in and resolved the matter in my favour. CustomsCool even dragged that process out to 3 months.

Disappointing Delays and Quality Issues

I placed my order on 2nd December, and it finally arrived on 15th January. The quality of the products did not match what was advertised; the hoody is extremely thin, resembling a long-sleeved t-shirt rather than what I expected. Additionally, the colors are vastly different from what was shown online (I understand that colors can vary slightly, but this is excessive). I tried contacting the support team several times since this was meant to be a Christmas gift, but each time I was told to wait a bit longer. Communication was unclear and inconsistent, and sometimes I didn't receive a reply at all! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this; the quality does not justify the prices they charge.

Terrible Experience! Avoid for Your Own Good.

Terrible experience! Save yourself the hassle and expense. The quality of the hoody is dreadful, and the product images on the website are misleading, bearing no resemblance to what arrives. The support team is unhelpful; I've requested a complete return but they keep insisting on a 15% refund for this order and a 35% discount on my next purchase. I've explained multiple times that I only want a full refund and I won't be buying from them again.

Completely unacceptable experience.

Completely unacceptable experience. I waited nearly 9 weeks for this order to arrive, only to receive a product made from cheap, thin material and in the wrong color! I've sent several emails regarding the terrible service and was even addressed by the wrong name by one of the support team members! This is an utterly disappointing situation. I will be requesting a full refund and notifying the relevant authorities.

Order placed but no updates received

I placed an order with this company on December 12th. There was no shipping time provided at checkout, and I mistakenly thought it would arrive within two weeks for Christmas. I haven't received any tracking or shipping updates, and although they responded to my email quickly, I was informed that the order is still in production and will be sent out as soon as possible. Now, without any further updates, it’s clear it won’t arrive in time for Christmas. If it’s not received by the 27th, I will be requesting a refund, as this situation is quite frustrating.

Avoid this website

Steer clear of this website. They provide zero updates on shipping and just tell you to wait. My package has been delayed for over 15 days and won’t arrive in time for Christmas. It seems like every review echoes this sentiment. Just avoid it.

Deceptive and Frustrating Experience

Deceptive and frustrating. I placed my order over a month ago. They keep saying to ‘check back in 1-2 days, we are urging our warehouse’. They refuse to issue a refund. No item has been shipped. I receive the same response daily to return in 1-2 days. Deceptive.

Incompetent service

The website claimed delivery in 7-15 days. I ordered an overpriced hoodie for a Secret Santa event on December 6th, expecting it by the 26th. Now, on the 23rd, it's been 17 days, and I need it in 3 days. Customer service just sent me a tracking link without addressing my concerns. They mentioned it would arrive in 4-6 days, making it too late to be useful. No offer of compensation was made. I just want to know why it’s late and if they can expedite the delivery. It appears they are late on everyone’s orders, and they continue to accept new payments despite their inability to fulfill existing orders. Their handling of complaints is subpar, and they seem unwilling to change. A company should apologize, offer refunds or discounts, and provide explanations. It’s a fundamental aspect of customer service. This level of incompetence is laughable.

STEER CLEAR

I placed an order on December 12th after seeing numerous ads. There has been no communication from the company regarding my order. When I inquired, customer service claimed it was due to my late order. They finally said it shipped today, but I doubt that’s true and worry I won’t receive it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A complete scam

This is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and keep getting told to check back in 1-2 days as they 'urge their warehouse.' They refuse to issue a refund, and no item has shipped. The same response comes daily, advising to check back again. It's a scam.
