I placed my order on 27th November, and so it should have been processed the next day. I was not informed of any delay.I emailed on 7th December: “The FAQs state shipping is done within 24 hours, so I should have had an update. Delivery is 7-15 business days, so I should receive the item by 17th December? I will need the items by this date and if I do not have the items by 23rd December, I will not be able to give them as gifts.”I was told it would be prioritised but I only received a shipping update on 13th December! I tried to ask the company to escalate this to ensure it arrives on time but I’m just met with the same generic responses to wait.So I now have to wait until 23rd December and if gifts don’t arrive I will expect a full refund without return. I will need to go out to buy more presents if this is the case. The company needs to provide clearer information on long shipping times ahead of purchase as 27th November is early enough to expect a delivery in time for Christmas gifts.
