DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago - if it wasn't for ME chasing for a order update.. i doubt my order will ever come! I'm still waiting. I've asked to cancel this order on a number of occasion's. if I knew the LONG processing time - (not even got to the shipping time yet) then I would have gone else where! For the price I've paid.. Id have expected a better service. Customer service takes days to respond. If I'm unable to cancel - ill definitely be returning out principal. ***UPDATE*** 19.12.25I ended cancelling my order and purchasing elsewhere. After 3 days of cancelling the order CUSTOMCOOL sent out the items. I've made them aware on a number of occasions the delivery address will be closed over the Christmas period and this will be failed. I have requested for their company details at least 12 times which they refuse to give. They have ignored ALL my refund requests. This company is a SCAM.. possibly the most unethical company I've ever dealt with! they don't acknowledge anything in emails - constantly ignore you and repeating them selves.
