AVOID THIS COMPANY. I placed an order after seeing an advertisement for a product on Instagram, but shortly after, I read bad reviews and saw real life images of their hoodies which showed their quality was not reflective of their prices. Ten minutes after placing my order, I reached out to request cancellation. Their policy states that if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a full refund. Instead of complying with their own policy, for three days I have been in an email battle with “customer service” who at first completely refused to acknowledge my request and instead told me that they have given me “priority shipping”, then offered me a 20% discount on ANOTHER order. In the most recent communication, they have agreed to refund my order but requested a 15% cancellation fee?! I am still in the process of trying to get my full refund. This company are scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
