UPDATE: even AFTER customschool's service team responded on here (see below) that they would help with my case, I got another mail saying unfortunately they can't refund or replace the FAULTY product I received, since I already said yes to getting only a 10€ refund (which I agreed to because they told me either I get this or nothing, so of course I thought I'd rather get a little something back - still does NOT make it ok!) VERY DISSAPOINTING!original review:Terrible customer service!I ordered a light cream-colored 'climber' sweater for my friend as a bday gift, it arrived 2 weeks LATE and had a BLUE stain on the print side that wouldn't wash off. When I contacted the customer service to return the faulty product, they WOULD NOT take it back, DID NOT want to give me a refund NOR replace it. The only thing they offered was a 25% disount on my NEXT purchase, meaning I'm stuck with a faulty product that I paid for in full and can now additionally buy a new product. Unacceptable!
