I placed an order in December, and at the time of purchase, there was no indication on the website that the items were out of stock. I only found out about this after I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order.I was then informed that my order had been dispatched and was provided with a tracking number. However, upon attempting to track my shipment, the courier’s website states that the tracking number cannot be found.Due to the lack of clear communication and the ongoing delay, I have requested a full refund, as I believe the service expectations have not been met.I am disappointed with the experience and hope the company takes steps to improve transparency and customer service in the future.Would STRONGLY recommend no one orders from these people. EDIT: my hoodie has since arrived, however the images online are very misleading! The material is cheap and awful, sizing is no better! 100% not worth the money at all.
