I paid €30 for a fully customizable t-shirt via their website on Febuary 26th, 2025. There were email exchanges following for the t-shirt customization, and everything seemed fine up until then. On March 7th, 2025, Customscool emailed me to inform that my order had left their warehouse and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Today is April 7th, 2024, and I still haven’t received my order. When tracking the shipment, my package has been stuck in China at the "import clearance start" stage since March 19. I have sent about ten follow-up emails to Customscool to let them know that it's been over a month and I still haven't received anything, but they do NOTHING. The only response I get is "Sorry for the inconvenience, please be patient." They are doing nothing to resolve the issue, nor at the very least offering compensation for the trouble caused, which any good business would do to satisfy their customer and avoid bad reviews in the process. It is outrageous and shameful on their part. I am being generous by giving 1 star here, but at least they respond to emails—that’s something. However, I do not recommend this company! Initially, I intended to order ten customizable t-shirts, but I only ordered one as a test to see if the company was serious and if the product was of decent quality for €30 each. I now realize I made the right decision, although so far, I've lost €30 for nothing...
