I placed an order with this company on December 12th. There was no shipping time provided at checkout, and I mistakenly thought it would arrive within two weeks for Christmas. I haven't received any tracking or shipping updates, and although they responded to my email quickly, I was informed that the order is still in production and will be sent out as soon as possible. Now, without any further updates, it’s clear it won’t arrive in time for Christmas. If it’s not received by the 27th, I will be requesting a refund, as this situation is quite frustrating.
