Tim Bloodgood is a top notch mechanic and a wealth of knowledge, You can call Tim and explain what you have going on and he will talk you through the issue and if you can not figure it out he will be my than happy to come out and solve the issue. Tim is a very good communicator and a very nice guy.
The sales side of the house is amazing! Daylon will treat you right every time and goes above an beyond!Now the bad: The service side of CTOS is horrible!!! Expect to be overcharged, from the hourly rate that is higher than anywhere else in the area to charging extra hours on your units. When you ask them for a breakdown they give you the "that is for internal use only" response. The expect to be pat on the back for putting a customers units in the shop in front of their own rental fleet. Save yourself time, money and a headache and use someone else for your service work.
