She communicated with suppliers and manufacturers and provided links to different options. Her assistance was invaluable, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would have rated 5 stars, but I marked the company down (NOT the representative, who deserves 5 stars) for not offering free returns. Shoe sizes can vary across brands, making returns costly.
