I want to revise my initial review. I contracted a service last year to develop a website, and initially, everything seemed fine; they even designed a great logo for my business. Despite the high costs, I believed I was receiving top-notch service, but that quickly deteriorated. Each time my contact called about website progress, new unexpected fees emerged. I explained my fixed income situation, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. When I requested a specific service, the charge was exorbitant. I sought confirmation for a filing and was told I wouldn’t receive one, which I knew was incorrect. Recently, another representative informed me that my website required compliance adjustments, again with little notice and at a high cost. After numerous issues and lack of transparency, I decided to terminate my contract. I feel cheated and believe I deserve a refund for services that were never delivered. I strongly advise against this service.
