From the beginning, there was a lack of clarity regarding my project. The representative assumed he understood my vision and reassured me of his prior experience. Many crucial elements were overlooked, and during our discussions, I was continually informed that additional payments were necessary. I have invested a significant amount of money and ended up with a subpar website. My final payment of $3,100 was for extra pages, but I have no access to them if they were ever created. A customer representative reached out to check my satisfaction, and I voiced my concerns. She promised to investigate and return my call, but that never occurred. Additionally, my last two emails went unanswered. Unfortunately, I paid for a 10-year hosting plan, and I feel exploited. Be cautious before you find yourself in a similar situation.

I explained my fixed income situation, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. When I requested a specific service, the charge was exorbitant. I sought confirmation for a filing and was told I wouldn’t receive one, which I knew was incorrect. Recently, another representative informed me that my website required compliance adjustments, again with little notice and at a high cost. After numerous issues and lack of transparency, I decided to terminate my contract. I feel cheated and believe I deserve a refund for services that were never delivered. I strongly advise against this service.
