I ordered 4 tires. The tires were coming from 3 different places. I received 1 tire the first shipment on 2/23/26 a picture was taken. On 2/26/26 I received 2 more tires. The problem is the FedEx man place the tire from the first shipment on top of the 2 tires in the second shipment and took a picture.
The tire from the first shipment was on the porch. It had been delivered 3 days prior, it was my property and had nothing to do with the second shipment. So why did he touch my property, pick up my property that had nothing to do with him and place it on top of the 2 tires he delivered that day?
You think, what differs it make? It make a lot of difference because form the pictures it looks like I received 4 tires, but it’s clear in the shipping details only 3 total came in a period of 3 days. 1 in the first shipment and 2 in the second shipment.
So the shipper Custom Offsets is holding my fourth tire until FedEx does an investigation? What the hell? You know good and well you have my fourth tire. Ship it out!! That’s good customer service. I shouldn’t have to wait because the company you hired don’t know how to properly deliver and take pictures. And apparently they don’t know how to keep their hands off other peoples property.
