Review Time
Ordered a set of wheels and tires that was mounted with tpms sensors in December (it’s now February). I got the wheels and tires on and had a bad wobble. Took to a tire shop to see if they needed rebalancing. They tried to balance and said 3 of the tires were no good. You could see it had a bad hop to them and custom offsets still shipped them like that. If I could see and 3 techs seen custom should have seen no matter what their machine said. I reached out they did refund only the tpms and sent 3 tires. Took those 3 and 1 of the tires were worse than what they shipped them with and shop took back off. I have literally been to the shop 5 yes FIVEEEEE times to try and fix this and have spent around an extra $4-500 mounted and balancing their crap. This last one they wanted me to ship it back before I got another. This is the short version and not even everything I’ve dealt with dealing with them. So my take is take your money to someone local where if you have issues it can actually be taken care of. They will also ask and ask to remove any negative reviews. This is my second time posting one. I told them keep their crappy tires I’ll just get news ones locally. Stay away from them.
Always top notch to buy wheels and tires from. Customer service is fantastic if there are any issues and delivery is pretty quick too if you order something in stock. So easy a caveman could do it. This is my third set from them and I would order again.

I order rims and called the next day to see if i can change out the color and the lady told me that they already got them in the warehouse and if i wanted to order another rim they will charge me for the restock fee lady i just put my order in he night before u got to be kidding right lol horrible customer service
Bait-and-Switch, Price Gouging, and Total Disregard for Customers
Fitment Industries is hands down one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had.
I ordered wheels that were clearly shown as IN STOCK on their website. After placing the order, I was told they suddenly weren’t available. That alone is misleading, but it gets worse. I was pushed to select a different set, and the moment I did, the price magically increased.
When I called it out, Krystal and Sheila both fed me the same lazy excuse: “Wheel prices change every day.” That’s convenient, especially when your site advertises price matching. Not only did they refuse to honor the original price, they didn’t offer a discount, credit, apology, or any real solution. Just take it or leave it.
To top it off, another rep told me he’d call me back to “fix things.” He never did. No call. No email. No follow-up. Just ghosted.
This whole process felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch followed by price gouging and complete indifference once they had my attention. Their inventory can’t be trusted, their pricing isn’t transparent, and their customer service is flat-out disrespectful.
If you value honesty, accurate listings, or basic professionalism, avoid Fitment Industries. There are plenty of competitors who don’t play these games.
They assisted in verifying that the tires and rims would be compatible with my vehicle. When challenges arose, their sales team contacted me through phone and text to expedite my order. The HD clutch rims and dynapro at2 extremes were an ideal match for my Platinum explorer, and I would strongly recommend anyone in search of tires or rims to buy from this service.
We purchased a package of tires and rims. The ordering process was straightforward, and they arrived earlier than expected. The communication was outstanding. We will certainly return when our other vehicles require new wheels! Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!
I truly can't emphasize how convenient and effortless it is to receive a new set of mounted and balanced tires on a stunning new set of rims! They look fantastic and drive wonderfully. While I didn't request a quote, my previous experience at a wheel and tire shop leads me to believe it would have cost nearly twice as much at a chain store for everything. If your rims are worn out, I highly suggest spending a little extra and installing them yourself next time you need tires! Additionally, the shipping was much quicker than I anticipated. I am very happy with my Kenda Tires; this is my second set and I am thrilled with how they look on my vehicle. The five BG Rod Rally Wheels complement my 2007 FJ Cruiser perfectly. Amazing product at a fantastic price. I ordered a complete set of tires and wheels for my partner's vehicle, and everything went perfectly. All lug nuts were included, and the TPMS tool functioned flawlessly. The only minor issue was that the wheels I chose didn't have an available picture, but I found an image online. This was not significant enough to lower my rating below 5 stars. Thank you to the team for their exceptional customer service.
