Losing my cat broke my heart. I have videos I had taken over the years I will always treasure on my phone. I know the box will follow soon, the video translation was done very well and arrived quickly. It really looks Ike her. (Not really sure what others were expecting). I purchased the remaining options and will display the box next to her ashes. What a great way to memorialize you pet who has passed

The 3D reels are absolute garbage. The picture quality is similar to the origins of digital photography: grainy, pixely, and barely recognizable. (Monet could teach CustWit about realism!) When I complained they claimed this is a "vintage" effect, and I needed to pay 12x more for normal quality photos. So my $4 reels would cost $48 each to render a high-resolution effect. This is a scam. Everyone knows that when you compress a picture down to a few millimeters in size (that's how big these photos are) picture quality gets better, not worse!The best part of my experience with CustWit is that the reels arrived late, therefore delaying my disappointment.
My experience started off questionable as my item had some physical damage during either the packing or shipping phase of fulfillment. Things do happen and the measure of a company is not in perfection but handling of issues. Customer service gave me a few options and ultimately sent me a replacement. I am pleased with the outcome. Good job!
