I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a romper in my normal size (size 4), and it fit more like a size 00. The sizing is completely inaccurate.Per the company’s own policy, exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. I followed that policy and submitted my exchange request within 3 days. When I didn’t receive a response, I followed up again on day 5. Still nothing. By day 7, I had reached out a third time, and again received no response at all.It honestly feels like the company intentionally ignores exchange requests so they don’t have to honor their own policies. That is unacceptable customer service and extremely dishonest.You can even go to their social media accounts and see that comments are limited or blocked, which makes it very clear they don’t want customers publicly sharing their experiences. That alone says a lot.Buyers beware. Based on my experience, this company does not stand behind its policies, and the lack of transparency and customer service is a major red flag. I will never purchase from Cutely Covered again.
