After sending my glasses for a replacement hinge I opted for the extra frame polishing and refurbishment service - the correspondence from Giselle was fantastic and she kept me up to date with progress- I received my glasses back and they look almost brand new!I would highly recommend Cutler &Gross and I would never look for alternative brands.Well deserving of a 5 * rating.
